Return Policy:
• Returns are accepted within 14 for a full refund to your original method of payment, sorry but shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All returns must be received within 14 days of the original order date.
• Sale items, Bath & Body Products, and Eyewear are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains, you will not be given a refund and items will be sent back to you.
•If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please call 1-616-392-8902 for assistance!
• Full refund should be received back on your card 5-7 business days after the return has arrived to us.
Return Instructions:
1. Please review our return policy above to make sure you meet all of the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted.
2. Place returns in a shipping safe box and include return form and packing slip. We do not provide shipping labels. You can choose to ship the product back to us with a carrier that is convenient and affordable for you. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages sent to jb and me. You can use the same packaging that the item arrived in, be sure to take off the original label.

**Be sure to get insurance and a tracking number on your return. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow five business days to process your return once it is received.
*Local shoppers: Feel free to take your return back to the boutique with your return form and packing slip!
Exchanges:
If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange or call 1-616-392-8902. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. That exchanged size will be sent to you as soon as possible & a full refund will be returned after the original purchase has arrived to us. With an exchange original shipping fees will also be refunded for the product being returned once it is received by jb and me. You are responsible for the return shipping.
