It's that time of year, the radio stations are playing Christmas music and while peering out your window you notice neighbors are stringing the Christmas lights outside before our first snow fall.
It's almost time to trim the trees so here are a few tips on how we like to decorate them at jb and me.
Begin by stringing your lights around the tree, we chose a white light for a more classic Christmas look, but colored lights always add a fun touch if that's what you like to use.
We wrapped a wide fabric ribbon around the tree starting from top to bottom, add a few twists while doing this so the ribbon doesn't look flat against the tree.
Next it's time to hang the ornaments and complete the tree.
We chose a large ornament to make a statement and create a theme, and followed by filling in the spaces around the statement ornaments.
Now you can sit back and enjoy your beautiful tree!
Don't forget to light your swan creek candles while you enjoy your decorations.
Holiday scents are at the store now!
Happy decorating!
