There are a few things everyone knows about me; my brain is very much right sided, I walk my dog all over creation, and I LOVE a good deal!! So when it comes to re-purposing... sometimes all it takes is a walk down the street and I find myself with a free, working air conditioner or a box of wooden chair legs just begging to be used for some brilliant creation! Now, let me be honest. There are also many other times spent driving all over town, to every thrift shop in GR, dog in tow; usually going home empty handed. In the case of my last project, however, I found myself making a u-turn on Fulton St. to haul a rain soaked 'broken' bedframe into my jeep! 

Here are a few before and after pictures proving that sometimes; all it takes is a wandering eye, creative mind, and some elbow grease to turn someone else's trash into treasure. :)
